Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan and stronger regional cooperation are opening up new opportunities for the South Caucasus, particularly in logistics and international transport.

Speaking at the "Future of Europe" summit organized by Euronews in Brussels, Pashinyan said the Washington agreements on a peaceful resolution of the conflict between Yerevan and Baku had already taken on practical substance, Report informed.

He said the priority now was to establish an institutional framework for those agreements, stressing the importance of signing and ratifying the peace treaty initialed by the two countries' foreign ministers in Washington on August 8, 2025.
