Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a series of high-level meetings with Iranian leaders in Tehran, focusing on bilateral relations, regional security, energy cooperation and joint economic projects.

Mirzoyan met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to discuss key areas of Armenia-Iran cooperation and exchange views on regional and international developments.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said the visit was part of regular consultations between the two countries aimed at expanding bilateral cooperation and strengthening peace and security in the region.
