The Iraqi Prime Minister praised the tribes’ support for the state and their contribution to maintaining order during difficult times, stressing that no one will be allowed to weaken the state or threaten its existence.

The media office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi received on Monday a number of tribal sheikhs and dignitaries.

The Prime Minister noted that the government had averted the imposition of international isolation on Iraq and had reached out to the world to build partnerships. He affirmed that the government is working to establish a successful economic identity through program-based budgeting, with a focus on electricity infrastructure.
