Armenia and India have agreed to expand cooperation in defense technologies, research, innovation and joint production, following talks in Yerevan on August 17.

Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry Davit Tadevosyan received a delegation headed by Indian Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh, who arrived in Armenia on an official visit.

According to Armenia’s Ministry of High-Tech Industry, the meeting focused on opportunities to expand Armenian-Indian cooperation in the defense industry and high-technology sectors, with particular emphasis on scientific research, development and innovation.
