Armenia-U.S. bilateral defense consultations were held at the Armenian Ministry of Defense headquarters in Yerevan, at the conclusion of which the parties signed a protocol on the work carried out and agreements reached.

The ministry said in a press release that the consultations were attended by representatives of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, U.S. Brig. Gen. Paul Schneider, Adjutant General of the Kansas National Guard, as well as representatives of various agencies of the U.S. Department of War.

During the consultations, the programs implemented in recent years within the framework of defense cooperation between Armenia and the United States were summarized. The parties also examined the potential for further developing cooperation in all areas of interaction.
