Turkish Cyprus Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertugruloglu stated that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) stands ready to contribute to regional security and stability as the strategic heart of the Turkic world in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Ertugruloglu made the remarks at the Organization of Turkic States Foreign Ministers' Council Meeting held in Gebele, Azerbaijan on Tuesday.

"In this context, the TRNC, as the strategic heart of the Turkic world in the Eastern Mediterranean, is always ready to contribute to the security and stability of the region," Ertugruloglu said.
