Speaking in an interview with Radio Belgrade, Vucic said he could leave the presidency in three or four months, or possibly earlier, and promised that any decision would be announced in advance.

“I plan to resign from the presidency, perhaps in three or four months, or it could be earlier,” Vucic said. “I will inform you, do not worry. It will not come as a surprise to anyone.”

Vucic said he had already begun collecting his books from the presidential office.
