Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the upcoming parliamentary elections will bring about what he called “Revolution 3.” He made the remarks during a speech at an intra-party campaign rally in the city of Gyumri.

“We carried out a domestic political revolution through elections in 2018. In the 2021 elections, the people led us toward a socio-psychological and mindset revolution. In the June 7, 2026 elections, we will achieve a historic political revolution that will take us—the people of Armenia—beyond a policy of merely getting by and surviving, and place us on the path of a sustainable state development agenda,” the prime minister said.

Pashinyan also stated that not long after the 2026 parliamentary elections, another political transformation—dubbed “Gyumri 1”—would take place in Gyumri.
