Iraqi Government spokesperson Haider Al-Aboudi said on Monday that coordination among the state authorities had produced key anti-corruption indicators not seen since 2003, while noting that the withdrawal of the international coalition and the handover of its positions to Iraqi forces were proceeding regularly.
