Iraq's National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji held discussions on Tuesday with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita regarding the establishment of a direct flight line between Iraq and Morocco, aiming to enhance connectivity and bilateral relations.

A statement from the National Security Advisor's media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), reported that "Al-Araji met with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita in Rabat to discuss ways to deepen ties and expand cooperation."

The discussions included a review of bilateral relations, focusing on strategies to elevate them to new heights. The parties also examined proposals from the Joint High Committee and emphasized the potential of opening a direct air route to foster stronger people-to-people and economic links between the two nations.
