Prime Minister Muhammed S. Al-Sudani discussed, by phone with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, strengthening cooperation and partnership in various fields.

PM Al-Sudani received a phone call from the Iranian President Raisi, during which they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, according to a statement by the Prime Minister's media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

"The call handled an exchange of views on issues of common concern, and a search for ways to enhance cooperation and partnership in various fields, in addition to the coordination regarding the common challenges the region is going through, in the interest of the two friendly peoples, as well as strengthening security and stability," included the statement.
