The Constitutional Court of Armenia will on June 26 hold oral pre-trial hearings on appeals filed by seven political groups challenging the results of the parliamentary elections, the court’s press service announced on Facebook.

On June 21, the court held a working session and agreed to consider cases initiated on the basis of applications submitted by the parties “Strong Armenia,” “Wings of Unity,” “Democracy, Law, Order,” “Prosperous Armenia, ”the Alliance of Defenders of Democracy for the Republic,” “Armenia Alliance,” and “New Force.”

The dispute concerns Decision No. 259-A adopted by Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission on June 14, 2026, regarding the certification of the results of the regular elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia held on June 7, 2026.
