Consultations on African affairs between the foreign ministries of Armenia and France were held in Paris on August 17, the Armenian Foreign Ministry informs.

The consultations were led by Levon Petrosyan, Head of the Middle East and Africa Department of Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Olivier Richard, Deputy Director General for Africa and the Indian Ocean at France’s Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

The sides discussed political and security developments across the African continent, as well as pressing issues on the regional and international agenda.
