On July 1, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan left for a working visit to the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

Vagharshak Harutyunyan visited areas affected by rocket attacks in the city of Belgorod. “This misfortune affected many, in my opinion,not only the victims but also, all residents of the city who were psychologically affected by what happened. Here we can only express sympathy and understanding of their pain. And, of course, the wish that all this ends quickly,” said Vagharshak Harutyunyanduring the briefing with journalists.
