Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia Tanja Fajon, who is on an official visit to Armenia.

Welcoming Ms. Fajon, Prime Minister Pashinyan expressed confidence that the visit would give a new impetus to the further development of bilateral relations, his office said. He emphasized the need to intensify cooperation between the governments of Armenia and Slovenia to strengthen ties in political, economic, and other areas.

Ms. Fajon highlighted the consistent development of relations with Armenia. Speaking about the purpose of her visit, she noted that discussions on opportunities and further steps to promote bilateral cooperation are among the key points on the agenda.
