In Yerevan, the dynamics of Armenian–Azerbaijani and Armenian–Turkish relations are being assessed positively, said Ruben Rubinyan, Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia.

“Overall, the processes are moving in a positive direction; we are already seeing some results and will see more,” he noted. Rubinyan emphasized that Yerevan is satisfied with the pace of normalization of relations with both Türkiye and Azerbaijan, while Armenia’s positions remain unchanged.

“Progress in Armenian–Turkish relations will not harm the Armenian–Azerbaijani process; on the contrary, it may give it new momentum,” the vice speaker added. He pointed to “significant progress,” including the peace declaration of August 8, the partial lifting of the railway blockade, and other steps.
