The plan to nationalize the “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC is now ready, and the process is expected to enter its practical phase in the near future, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a Facebook post.
According to him, all procedures will be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had earlier announced the government’s intention to bring the company back under public ownership, citing its strategic importance.
