After the resignation of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, the acting head of the government will be Nikol Pashinyan, MP from the parliamentary  faction "My Step" Arman Yegoyan said at a briefing on April 20.  

According to Yegoyan, as of today, there is no decision on the format  of participation of the Civil Contract party in the early  parliamentary elections - as a bloc or in the format of a party.  

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that he was  going to resign in the last decade of April in order to launch the  mechanism for holding early parliamentary elections. "I am going to  resign in the last decade of April in accordance with the agreements  with the parliamentary forces and the President of the Republic.   After that, to comply with the necessary procedures, the election of  the Prime Minister will be held on the seventh day. The My Step  faction will nominate me as a candidate, as required by the  constitution. Other factions will not offer candidates and "My Step"  will not elect me, " Pashinyan said during a government hour in  parliament.
