Kazakh Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry reported that since the beginning of the year, 38 negotiations have been held with neighboring countries, including 27 with Central Asian states and 11 with China and Russia.

Kazakhstan agreed on operating regimes of the Toktogul Reservoir and Uch-Kurgan HPP with Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan for the current irrigation season.

Water supply from the Bahri-Tojik Reservoir via the Dostyk interstate canal was coordinated with Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
