IRANIAN FM EXPRESSES HOPE FOR LASTING SECURITY AFTER ARMENIA-AZERBAIJAN PEACE AGREEMENT

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has expressed hope that the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan will lead to lasting security in the region.
The Iranian Foreign Minister made these comments during a meeting with Khalaf Khalafov, the Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for Special Assignments, the IRNA news agency reported.
Both sides emphasized the importance of enhancing bilateral relations between the neighboring countries, according to IRNA.
