The President of the Iraqi Republic, Abdul Latif Rashid, and Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, underscored the urgency of finalizing delayed legislation during a meeting held on Tuesday at the Baghdad Presidential Palace. 

The two officials discussed recent political developments and reviewed the legislative performance of the Parliament, according to a statement from the Presidency's media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

The discussions highlighted the importance of the Parliament fulfilling its constitutional responsibilities by addressing postponed laws and accelerating the passage of legislation that responds to the needs and aspirations of the Iraqi people.
