Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein participated in the high-level ministerial meeting on Palestine on Monday. Hussein participated in the high-level ministerial meeting entitled: "Achieving Peace: Consolidating Results and Charting the Way Forward", which was held within the framework of the United Nations High-Level International Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Palestinian Issue, at the United Nations headquarters in New York, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

The meeting was chaired by Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud and French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot, with the participation of UN Secretary-General António Guterres and Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Mustafa, along with several foreign ministers of UN member states.
